    • 18 English muffins

    • 18 havarti cheese slices

    • 16 eggs

    • 1/3 cup cottage cheese

    • 1 lb ground sausage

    • 1 small onion

    • 1 cup baby spinach

    1 tbsp butter salt and pepper

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F

    • Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, and salt and pepper

    • Sauté sausage until browned; set aside.

    • Sauté onion for a couple minutes, add spinach and cook until wilted

    • Combine eggs, sausage, onions, and spinach

    • Grease a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 18-25 minutes

    • 8 cups water

    • 1 cup basmati rice/lentils

    • 1 1/2 C raw brown sugar or molasses

    • 1/2 C ghee or sesame oil

    • 2 tsp ginger powder

    • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

    Instructions

    • Rinse rice several times until the water runs clear.

    • Bring water to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat to a simmer.

    • Cook with the lid off, stirring occasionally for several hours.

    • When the rice begins to thicken, add sugar, spices and ghee.

    • When the consistency is gelatinous, take off heat and serve

    *Works great in a slow cooker! Decrease the water to 8 cups, add all ingredients and cook for 8
