18 English muffins
18 havarti cheese slices
16 eggs
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 lb ground sausage
1 small onion
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp butter salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, and salt and pepper
Sauté sausage until browned; set aside.
Sauté onion for a couple minutes, add spinach and cook until wilted
Combine eggs, sausage, onions, and spinach
Grease a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 18-25 minutes

8 cups water
1 cup basmati rice/lentils
1 1/2 C raw brown sugar or molasses
1/2 C ghee or sesame oil
2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp clove powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of cayenne
Instructions
Rinse rice several times until the water runs clear.
Bring water to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook with the lid off, stirring occasionally for several hours.
When the rice begins to thicken, add sugar, spices and ghee.
When the consistency is gelatinous, take off heat and serve
